I've learned a lot of core exercises from different gymnasts over the last month and a half so I combined them into the ULTIMATE AB WORKOUT lol. Seriously tho, it's really hard! For that reason I also made an easier version of the workout. I'll link the timestamps for the beginning of both versions in the comments. <br /> <br />If you try the harder version you'll see that I die in the middle I can't complete it without breaks, so on the parts I crapped out on I added an extra clip of what the exercise should look like. Not sure how common it is for someone to upload a workout video where they themselves can't complete the workout.... i may be the first No shame tho, it's a great ab circuit so i wanted to share :) <br /> <br />If you feel like the exercises switch too fast because there’s no breaks, try it a second time tomorrow or the next day. You’ll be faster on the transitions and you’ll really feel the difficulty of the workout. <br /> <br />Lastly, you don't need any equipment to do either version but I do suggest doing it on a rug because the superman roll overs on hardwood is kinda rough. Also, for the slider tucks I cut out some cardboard from an old amazon box and that worked really well (at home workout pro tip hehe) <br /> <br />*WORKOUT* Do each exercise for 30 seconds, no breaks.
